Hello Ms. Neha I only saw you once, on our first day at one of the Lodges, and immediately saw your professionalism. I am impressed with your staff and your contacts. First of all, I would like to thank you for your quick help in getting us connected to Bank of America customer service. At the end of our conversation, I do not know if you remember now or noticed, my voice on the phone got kind of cry like. I was overwhelmed with your quick action in resolving our problem (loss of credit card). Secondly, one of your staff, Ms. Catherine, was very sweet to every one. She was knowledgeable of what she was doing. She was always calm. If did not know the answer to any of our question she would ask, either the driver or you, and let us know. She kept us informed almost all the time of our daily schedule. Thirdly, thank you for celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary on July 3rd. It was a lot of fun watching the Lake Manyara Serena Lodge kitchen staff bringing the cake with a dance. Catherine kept it a surprise for us till the last minute. Last but not the least, we loved the gift you gave us. Those wine glasses are precious. We loved the giraffe, the wall hanging and the key chain. We got to take a look at the gift at the end of our trip. We were very curious to what was in the bag. I wore the Karibu Travel hat all the time when I was in Africa. Please do visit our house when you visit USA. Thanks you again for all you do to keep your customers happy and contained.

Thank you Anne for great arrangement Our stay at Matira Bush Camp - stay food and services are excellent Emayian Mara - Accommodation was very good but rooms were so far from the reception , food was good and services were good too. There was no internet in room and also at reception area internet was very slow due to many people were using . Simba Naivasha - Excellent property , food , accommodation and the lake view was very relaxing . Coming to your driver Mr. George - I can give him 5 out of 5 as he is so knowledgeable , very friendly and very co-operative . He has shown us very good game at Masai mara . I can give Karibu Travels & Tours Ltd. 5/5 points and highly recommended agent with great services .

Finally, I have come back to reality from the trip. 😊 Thank you for arranging a wonderful trip. It was a short but sweet family trip. Our driver Christopher was great. He always had a smile on his face, which made the journey pleasant. The staff at Aberdare and the Ark were great, too. At the Ark specifically, they catered to our needs of being Vegeterian. Hello, Nehaben and Team Karibu Tours, Thank you very much for nice arrangement for entire tour, we all have enjoyed a lot. Driver and Land Cruiser van was just excellent . As we were late in planing than also you made all good accept few places we found very tiring journey for 6 hours in consiquitive two days which could have been planed better by clubbing Naivasha- Nakuru in two days instead of Olpejeta park. Hotel in Mara had some hygienic issues and found Hotel not up to the mark . These two are our observations otherwise all went very well and great tour. Will surely recommend to our friends. Whenever come to Ahmedabad let us know so we all can meet. Once again Thanks on behalf of our entire group.
