I only saw you once, on our first day at one of the Lodges, and immediately saw your professionalism. I am impressed with your staff and your contacts.
First of all, I would like to thank you for your quick help in getting us connected to Bank of America customer service. At the end of our conversation, I do not know if you remember now or noticed, my voice on the phone got kind of cry like. I was overwhelmed with your quick action in resolving our problem (loss of credit card).
Secondly, one of your staff, Ms. Catherine, was very sweet to every one. She was knowledgeable of what she was doing. She was always calm. If did not know the answer to any of our question she would ask, either the driver or you, and let us know. She kept us informed almost all the time of our daily schedule.
Thirdly, thank you for celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary on July 3rd. It was a lot of fun watching the Lake Manyara Serena Lodge kitchen staff bringing the cake with a dance. Catherine kept it a surprise for us till the last minute.
Last but not the least, we loved the gift you gave us. Those wine glasses are precious. We loved the giraffe, the wall hanging and the key chain. We got to take a look at the gift at the end of our trip. We were very curious to what was in the bag. I wore the Karibu Travel hat all the time when I was in Africa.
